By submitting an order on Electric Bloom Market, you agree to purchase the selected items at the listed prices. Prices are displayed excluding sales tax, which is calculated and applied at checkout based on Florida state and local rates.

Full payment must be authorized at the time of order placement. In the event an unauthorized payment or fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order pending verification.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery windows of 3–7 business days, carrier transit times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days. Opened cosmetics and personal hair treatments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where legally permitted.

Shoppers may cancel orders prior to warehouse dispatch by emailing customer support. Once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.

All hair care products and styling tools must be used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Electric Bloom Market is not liable for damage resulting from improper tool usage, chemical misuse, or failure to perform patch tests.

Registered account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Customer information is processed strictly to fulfill orders and provide salon support under our Privacy Policy. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be resolved in the competent state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
